RESILIENCE SUPPORT PTY LTD is committed to providing personalised in-home care and disability support services, to people of all ages living in Regional Victoria and NSW.
Our Support Workers assist you to live life to the fullest by providing you with the means to access the community while enjoying the highest standard of care at home. Our team are NDIS and TAC experienced, client centred and a lot of fun to work with!

Our mission is to deliver support that enhance Connection, Wellness and Meaning in the lives of the people we support. Resilience Support goes beyond performing a list of tasks, it's about attaching genuine and great importanceto each individual and their way of life.

Support Workers
Bringing a Support Worker into your home is a big deal. All our team members,whether they work in your home, or our support office, share a vital set of values on which trust can be built. A passion for excellence, resilience and dedication, honesty and respect. We look for these values in everyone who works for us.
As you'd rightly expect, all our Support Workers are fully qualified, experienced and comprehensively referenced and police checked. We take special care to ensure that the Support Workers we employ have the skills and attributes necessary to provide expert in-home care, which is very different from residential care.
Service Coordinators
Our Service Coordinators are there for you. Their job is to ensure effective, ongoing communication throughout your relationship with us and provide a valuable link between the family and the individual Support Worker.
Service Coordinators receive regular feedback from your Support Workers and stay in touch with you regularly. They'd much rather prevent a problem than solve one and pro-active communication is key to this.
